In November or December, the Rhode Island
Field Hockey Coaches Association hosts an awards banquet to honor all the field
hockey players who have worked hard and earned various awards during the
season. Every player from every team, as well as their relatives and friends, are invited to attend this banquet, which provides
recognition to the following players:
First
and Second Team All-Division
Honorable Mention Teams
All
Rookie Teams
All-Tournament
Teams
Junior
Varsity Division Champions
Junior
Varsity Tournament Champions
Varsity
Division Champions
Rhode
Island Field Hockey State Champions
Division
I and II Leading Scorers
The Coaches Association provides free meals
to each athlete that was selected to the First Team
All-Division.
A program book will be available to each
guest. This book will list all award recipients as well as the program for the
evening. We would like each school to purchase a minimum of one hundred ($100)
dollars in advertisements for this program book. The income received from the
purchase of these ads will be used to help defray the
cost of the awards banquet.
Enclosed you will find an "ad"
application. Please complete this application clearly. If you are attaching a
business card with this application, please staple the business card to the
form. Feel free to copy more applications to share with friends and relatives.

The Rhode Island Field Hockey Coaches
Association is a group comprised of coaches from the Rhode Island
Interscholastic League. Your contribution to this ad book will help offset some
of the costs of hosting a field hockey awards banquet, such as restaurant fees,
free meals to first team recipients and honored guests, and awards. This
banquet will be held in November. Your contribution is greatly appreciated and is tax deductible.
